Playing a lot of people lends itself to confidence. Those guys know that they're going to get a chance to play, so that makes them more confident.

The facilities are great, the kids are great, but there's an underlying pressure that's there and nobody talks about it. That's the way it is, and it sucks. We all want to win, but the kids and the relationships are why we do this. If it's the winning that drives us, I don't want to be part of it.
