Poorer students are going to be pushed out of West Campus to other areas of Austin such as Riverside and Far West.

If engineering companies related to the students on Centennial Campus are here, it is a benefit for students,

Austin and Wesley were huge.

Usually the poorer yield zones are hill tops, but can be low areas that drown out. We have had times when the zones did not make any sense.
