Practices are like they were in January. He's definitely stepped it up a lot more. We're not going to the tournament just happy to be there. We're past that level.

My teammates like me, they enjoy me. I'm not being too dominant in the locker room or anything like that. As long as all the things are good, I'm having fun.

That's the thing about him. He's the ultimate competitor. He practices as hard as anyone I've ever been around, and he lifts weights the same way. That's the reason this offense is so good.
