Pretty darn good for Florida.

In Florida, almost anyone can have access to the beach. Up until the past few years, a middle-class family could live within a bicycle ride to the beach.

We bought all the inventory, and we're going to have an extensive surfboard presence, and we'll increase the apparel. It's going to be a real surf shop.
