Principals don't like surprises, but I like this one. Thank you for paying attention to those of us who had concerns.

Acting is reacting. You can't react if you're not paying attention, if you're not listening.

She was one of the best principals I've ever had.

That kind of surprises me that they haven't done that more than they have. But as the season goes on, I think teams will do that more and more to hold her in check.

We have a senior dominated group and we are not expecting a lot of surprises. The key to our success this year will be based on how our four through six runners perform. All of the runners have been training on their own this summer and have done a good job keeping us informed of their progress.
