Putting something in this community that's been needed for a long time.

It will speed this farce up a bit. SCO was saying that because of the patent counterclaims, they needed discovery, more depositions. SCO has no money to pay damages or royalties due to dropping sales figures, so it doesn't matter to IBM to drop them.

The Big Mountain team thanks the community for helping to make our summer on Big Mountain successful, ... We were surprised and very pleased with the response to Summit Fridays. As we now turn our focus on preparing for winter, we hope that the community will continue to utilize the hiking and biking trails on the mountain until the snow flies.

We are doing something good for the community.

We've burdened the citizens so much, and I know we don't want to burden the business community more than we already have. The onus now has to fall on the city to either privatize services or look at other ways to generate money.

A community center is a recreational center, not a licensed day-care facility. Our mission is to provide safe recreational facilities for the community. But we cannot take custodial responsibility (of children) because we're not a licensed day care.
