Q-School was pretty draining. I had been playing pretty well and when I didn't make it, it was different. I was married and I had different responsibilities.

Hopefully I can keep this attitude, no matter what happens at Q-School. If I can, I think I'll be successful.

I have new life now. I'm refreshed. I'm ready to play and I'm excited.

We were in the large school division and bumped heads with some pretty good programs. It was nice to come out scoring as many points as we did.

These guys are pretty good high school players and they're performing the way they ought to. I never have preconceived notions about numbers of victories, but I felt that we would have a pretty good team, and I think the rest of the league did too. They voted us third, and that was an appropriate spot for us.

We played well against Leander High School (10-1) and I was pretty happy with the results. With Leander Cedar Park (10-0), I really felt like that was going to be a close match and we were up 7-0 after the doubles. That's hard to beat whenever you come out that well and our momentum carried us right through the singles. That was a good win.
