I always think boredom is to some extent the fault of the bored.

I am bored with it all.

There's no excuse to be bored. Sad, yes. Angry, yes. Depressed, yes. Crazy, yes. But there's no excuse for boredom, ever.

Meditation is the planned way of boredom. If you practice this regularly you will never get bored in life.

Tedium, a fundamental angst of humankind, arises from human beings’ ability to perceive time and our attempts to derive meaning from our personal existence.
