Sending a threatening e-mail is the same thing as threatening someone to their face. That's easy to understand.

It's the first of it's type, because simply activating the e-mail that is infected will launch the virus, ... It totally bypasses the previous philosophy of 'don't open that attachment if you don't know what it is.'

We're only a few months into this. We knew going into it that it was something that is part of the mission that we're supposed to do.

That truly is much worse. That's a real bad idea.

Because the old rate, if you will, didn't produce enough profits.
