Really, coaching is simplicity. It's getting players to play better than they think that they can.

My feeling is if Duane Thomas continued to play the way he did the couple of years he was in there, it would have been very hard for Pittsburgh to beat us [in Super Bowls X and XIII]. If we had Duane and Calvin Hill, together they would have made an impact.

I think that says a lot for our coaching staff and the players we have here.

Look at Bjorn Borg or Jack Nicklaus. Those guys really concentrate. With the world on their shoulders, they're so absorbed with what they're doing.
