Regardless of whether or not they contribute, they will need medical attention and they will need to survive like anyone else. I am sure that in the next 40 years it will become a concern to government that they will have to use contributed funds to deal with those non-contributors.

So far the strike is having little impact on services and London Underground is running full services on all lines except the Northern Line, where there are some delays. We expect to provide services throughout the evening and night. We expect to be able to provide service on all lines.

There's no certainty to the next couple of years, ... . . . But people are paying attention now. And I want to put out a record when people are paying attention, because that's when it has the best chance of being heard.
