Remember there's always a voice saying the right thing to you somewhere if you'll only listen for it

It's kind of stupid. They're basically saying it's all right; they can come into a highly populated area and park their hazardous chemicals. They're risking people's lives.

You know that old saying, 'If I knew then what I know now?' Well, now's my chance to apply it.

Like I've been saying right from the start, it's easy when you've got guys who have been there before, been on successful lines and know what it takes. It's been a blessing for me personally, just to have two guards who know exactly what's going on and have that veteran experience.

Wow, it's great, ... I felt that the response showed that what I've been saying all along is right - and that it expresses the direction of our time.

What I'm experiencing right now is relief. When I read Rob [Bowman]'s liner notes, I felt, 'He's saying all of this about me .' I was walking around frightened that I was gonna die and no one had ever heard of me. To give your life to one thing and then have no one even know that I did it, that was a pall that hung over me. That was inspiring sadness that was going into my songs.
