Right now he needs to make a good effort to end this school year on a good note.

It's got to be a dual thrust. Increase the college-going rate right out of high school and outreach to those people who have stepped out of high school into the work force.

He knows what I expect of him and how much effort he needs to put in.

It has not been given adequate funding. It lacks all of the tools it needs, so this is an effort to revive this program.
