Right now he's just taking it one pitch at a time and trying to get good pitches to hit. He's been working his tail off. I've been real happy for him the last week or so.

It's mostly concentration, being consistent every day with his early work and preparing himself for a game. When he watches the ball all the way through and gets good pitches to hit, he has a chance. You start getting frustrated and when you get frustrated you get in a slump, so to speak. You're overdoing things. You're trying to do too much. That's what he got into.
