Right now, it's learning the system-what things are working well-and trying to find areas to improve on.

I have a wide background in different areas of education and elementary systems. And I have a thinking-outside-of-the-box mentality.

It was a political thing. They were trying to damage my image so they didn't have to pay me.

The whole season was emotionally trying. We went through so many ups and downs, on such a roller coaster. It was a season that had a lot of scenarios, good things and bad things. But the end result is we had a winning record, and that's a positive.

There definitely was a lot of one-upmanship, trying to outdo your colleagues and siblings.

I think a lot of it has to do with learning. With the fact that you never stop trying something new.
