Rugby Force is a great idea to improve facilities at a real community rugby club and I am delighted to be involved. It promises to be a hard but enjoyable weekend and I am sure volunteers will turn out in force to help Finchley.

The allegations are of quite startling brutality in the implementation of force-feeding. Yet there's been no independent medical evaluation, and there absolutely needs to be one.

I knew we could force them into a lot of turnovers. When we do give up a basket, we like to come back down the other way and try to get a quick, easy score. That breaks the heart of the other team when you do that. Nobody's been able to run with us all year.

He is definitely going to be a force at the top of the lineup. He's been around and he knows the game. He's got great range over there. He is going to make my job easier.

We want to be a real positive force in the community.
