Rural communities can just be devastated,

The whole area was devastated. That was the most intense part for me. Entire communities were just ripped apart and I couldn't believe it.

What happens is that these guys are being pushed farther and farther in to rural communities where they have less access to the treatment in mental health they need, less access to employment opportunities ... and they may be more difficult to monitor and supervise,

I've been telling the kids all along we were the best 4-5 team in the state. We're as good as anybody in Class D. We went in No. 1 last year and have a lot of veterans back, but we just weren't closing out games until tonight.
