Saying we're never going to play on Friday night again? Absolutely not.

Our defense has played very well. We gave up one big play to Shelbyville and one big play to Jennings County. Besides that, we have made it difficult to move the ball on us.

They have a new coach and a new system. Their kids always play hard and we expect them to be up for this game.

I found out Monday night. One of the assistant coaches called my house saying, 'Drop everything and get over here.' This is a great opportunity and I'm glad I was invited.

I really feel that sports at this level prepares the kids for the trials they're going to face in life. These guys had some success and a lot of adversity and they took it. It was a good season.
