School officials at the time were very cold. I recall there was little to no cooperation or concern coming forth from anyone in the district.

There is a great cooperation from the staff, splitting up time after school.

Any black market is a security concern. Any time you have inmates trafficking and trading, the potential exists for there to be a fight over it.

It's common. We certainly see a lot of examples of it.

The court dismissed the negligent supervision and other state law claims because they were barred by sovereign immunity. The federal court subsequently dismissed the federal law claims that we alleged under 42 U.S.C. 1983, because of the shortened statute of limitations that applied to claims under that statute.

She had it all going for her. She was very popular, she was a great student from a great family, and she was a very athletic girl headed to college. This just interrupted everything. Her grades fell, and eventually she dropped out of school. It was absolutely devastating to her.
