Schools and districts wouldn't face any sanctions because of the lateness of the tests.

If you look at how our schools perform on standardized tests, I think you certainly make the case that our schools have been performing well and they rate high. That is a benefit to us as we try to attract businesses and grow the ones that are here.

Under the No Child Left Behind Act, schools can be penalized because of those tests. We could be considered as failures and sanctioned.

We're going to dedicate whatever resources it takes to make sure the scoring is accurate.

Funding is not an issue.

We certainly have that ability through the law. But that's not something we're considering.
