They see an opportunity to develop a business and create wealth. Unlike a lot of small cafe and restaurant owners, they're not people who've bought into a lifestyle choice. There's no emotion or ego involved. And from a business point of view that's an advantage.

When you get to this level of wealth, business becomes a game or a challenge,

The two aspects to this business are 'show' and 'business,' and I'm the show, ... At some point it does become necessary to participate in the business aspect. But I much prefer the show.

We won't go hostile. We want to own the whole
