Search and organization are the biggest features we're looking forward to using. We manage a large amount of data and Vista will make it much easier to organize it.

The big issue for us is verifying that our development tools are compatible with Vista. Since most of our tools are Microsoft applications, that shouldn't be much of an issue. We are, however, using a lot of key third-party applications from smaller companies that might not provide Vista compatibility right out of the gate. This could be problematic.

The real menace in dealing with a five-year-old is that in no time at all you begin to sound like a five-year-old.

I think it's imperative to follow your heart and choose a profession you're passionate about, and if you haven't found that 'spark' yet, if you're not sure what you want to do with your lives - be persistent until you do.

There are many doors to a house. You've got to try every one.

We realised from past experience that we need to have a range of disciplines, including employment, corporate, commercial and IP, in place from day one. We anticipate there being significant further growth.
