Security is an industry problem for all of us. Microsoft is collaborating with you and law enforcement to bring you products that do what they say on the box.

The Security Council should not only explicitly reiterate that there can be no impunity for crimes under international law, but also must decide on concrete action to bring the perpetrators of these crimes to justice.

We expect security agencies to properly follow up and ensure that the law takes its course.

There have been some loop holes that have been put in [the original law]. I guess the biggest problem is there are some terms in the law that are misunderstood or misinterpreted by public officials. One of the main ones is, the law attempts to define what a meeting is. We always thought the law was clear, that the parts of the meeting that were supposed to be open would be discussions, whatever matters were pending, debate and the votes.

This, post 9/11, is a situation that we can't explain or can't afford from a national security standpoint,

Rather than setting a universally high security bar across all systems in the enterprise, an enterprise might segregate systems into different 'zones,'
