Seek the good in life and life will be good to you.

Unless it’s out of the goodness of someone’s heart, I don’t like having things given to me for free. I like working hard for what I earn. It gives me a sense of gratitude, and that’s the only
way I can truly appreciate it.

Pause and remember: It is through our deepest trials and life hardships that we are given the greatest opportunity to find the person we have been looking for our whole life - our authentic beautiful self.

Pause & Remember- If you empty yourself of yesterday's sorrows, you will have much more room for today's joy.

Gratitude isn't a burdening emotion.

Find the light. Reach for it. Live for it. Pull yourself up by it. Gratitude always makes for straighter, taller trees.
