Sellers may not be able to move quite as quickly with the transaction, but prices still remain solid.

It was apparent that something was happening. Fortunately, we were able to move very quickly and come here.

In the state and the country, the overall market is cooling a bit, but we will retain a robust market for the foreseeable future.
