Seniors need to bring a list of their medications with them. The counselors will be online and will talk with them and help them decide on a plan most reasonable for that senior.

Counselors will be on site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m..

I'm very excited about this event. This is information that seniors really need.

Throw something the guys aren't looking for. I think a lot of it for me now will be if I'm able to execute a lot of my pitches. It's just a matter of figuring out what they're looking for. Over time, since I've seen the hitters more, I've gotten better about doing that.

I know I have to get things done, so I think that's what motivates me. I think that will continue when I go to college because I'm hoping I can play football and wrestle in college too. If I do that, I'm going to have to keep working hard.
