Sex offenders don't like the bright light of publicity. They don't like the public to have knowledge of who they are and where they live.

The public is entitled to as much information as we can possibly give them about these kinds of offenders, because they are the kinds of guys that when they do it, they will do it again and continue to do it until they are caught and put back in the penitentiary.
