Sharing just a little can go a long way for people affected by this disaster.

In consultation with the University Committee, we decided that people should not serve as chair of the Athletic Board for inordinately long periods of time. Many departments on campus change chairs every two years or three years. It seemed like a good thing to do.

We owe them better communications systems so that when they are called upon to assist in the next disaster, they have the tools necessary,
