Sharing your story is one of the most important parts of healing but finding someone safe to share it with is key.

Sexual Abuse is a subject most people do not like to talk about. However there is a great need to discuss this subject because it traumatizes and effects every area of a persons entire life. My voice was stolen at age 4, I am now in my 40's and nothing will shut me up!

I share the Truth in hopes it will help others be Set Free.

We can't change ourselves, it is Gods strength within us that makes the changes. We must do our part and God does His. What I tried to do myself is tiny compared to what God and I do together. He is the best partner I have ever had!

I realize that life is cyclic. I can look back now and see that my life has gone in cycles and seasons. There is healing and then it comes back around and deeper healing is gained the next cycle. I believe it continues this way until God has you where He wants you and can use you the most.
