She has as much basketball knowledge as anybody I've ever coached. What I try to do with her is get her to play to her max, be as good as she's capable of being all the time, no matter who we're playing.

You don't win a state championship last year and lose once this year if you're not a good basketball team, and that's what Great Bend is. We just struggled to make shots and free throws, and that's been a bugaboo for us all year.

These guys are unbelievably good kids. They are quality people and their best basketball is still ahead of them.
