She told the whole truth, nothing but the truth. If police had listened to her, maybe we wouldn't be here today.

The thing is, no one knew about this. In 1997, police told the U.N. truth commission that the files didn't exist.

I still think that it was the right decision.

I am horrified by the verdict, and I am very very shocked and disappointed that justice was miscarried in this case. I feel very strongly that anyone who heard the evidence in this case knows that Louise Woodward did absolutely nothing wrong, and did her very best to save this child's life. I am trying to have faith that the system will correct this injustice.

Anything is possible and all avenues will be looked at by the police in relation to this investigation,
