She took it over. She took advantage of her size inside. A good player will take advantage of what they give you, and she did.

She's a good ball-handler. She handles pressure. She sees the floor real well and gets the ball to the shooters where they want to get it. I have so much confidence when the ball's in her hands.

She's the epitome of a point guard already. That doesn't happen often (with a sophomore). She was groomed for this position.

I want her [Thorn] to play defense all 90 feet and she's quick enough to do it and that's the type of game she plays. What she lacks in size, she makes up with her tenacity and her quickness and she uses it to her advantage defensively and offensively.

That's just her [Mitchell] natural strength. So I can't wait to see her in college and they put her on a strength training program and how much stronger she's going to be.

She has an uncanny sense for beating people to a spot.
