This panics the community. It makes people scared. And for no reason.

She's not going to be charged because she's a victim and she's scared. It wouldn't serve anything to put her in jail.

For the sheriff to come in and enforce the law, enforce speeds, it has to be legally posted, and the rules have to be met.
