She was so impressed. She said these three students were by far the most intelligent and most articulate that she'd interviewed, and she asked if she could use all three.

These students have taken adverse situations and turned it around. They will show younger students that there are positive solutions to life's pressures.

I think our system is diverse (and) it provides opportunities. It's up to the students to really explore, evaluate and ask questions, examine and hold the groups accountable to what they say they are all about.

The students are learning to deal with daily realities and they don't come ready to handle all that. We like to be their training wheels.

What we really stress for students is to have a total experience while it maximizes their academic experience. That's what they're here for, and the Greeks should be a system that supports academics. But also, there is a lot of learning outside the classroom.

This is an unbelievably great group. We're very excited to go.
