I despair of the term 'clean eating'...it necessarily implies that any other form of eating – and consequently the eater of it – is dirty or impure and thus bad.

Dieting on New Year's Day isn't a good idea as you can't eat rationally but really need to be free to consume whatever is necessary, moment by moment, in order to ease your hangover. I think it would be much more sensible if resolutions began generally on January the second.

All different types of food can fit into a meal plan and that's why I don't believe in dieting because diets deprive you of certain foods and as long as you learn how to incorporate the foods into your meal plan, it's fine.

Before long it will be the animals who do the dieting so that the ultimate consumer does not have to.
