She's done an excellent job. She's improved a lot and the attitude she brings to the table is exactly what you're looking for. The big question now is how fast we can get her.

It's worth the drive. Different surfaces are really good for your body. If you're on the treadmill you're always striking the exact same spots. Varying terrain allows a break from that. It mixes it up. Psychologically, varying the environment is good as well.

The soft surface is good for your body. But mostly it's exhilarating to run out there because it's so beautiful.

Running around Lake Alice is hard to beat.

You feel like you're a ways from campus but you're not too far. You can always see the (football) stadium.

You can't beat that kind of attitude. It's amazing. They know their role, and they're playing their roles, but can they step up and do other things for us? You bet. People don't know that yet, because they haven't seen much of it. But they will.
