Shoppers are putting a renewed emphasis on customer service. When shoppers go shopping, they want to be taken care of, especially on the crazy Saturday right before the holidays.

Once we're in the building, we'll be able to talk to them about other service opportunities. We'll build our service department first and from that we'll build our construction business.

It's fitting that so many of our service oriented programs and initiatives are aligning in April, when we also celebrate the 10-year anniversary of our signature Five Star Service Guarantee. It truly is the heart of our brand and symbolic of how we approach our business and the partnership we have with our customers.

For us, it's making sure the capabilities we have in each service are interchangeable, so, for instance, any service's medic can operate the same equipment. We don't want to have to learn new equipment when time is of the essence. Through joint training, standardization and combining and making efficiencies where we can, we can ensure top quality care anytime and anywhere.

While the possibility is not zero percent, we don't think the (BlackBerry) service is going to be shut down.
