Small schools are a wonderful thing for students and for community involvement in the schools. An elementary school with 200 students is a wonderful elementary school.

We have to provide good teachers, good environment, community involvement with schools.

We had 500 students attending workshops from 20 middle school and high schools throughout the Arizona to learn about the business and get experience working with professionals.

It started 25 years ago, when I was teaching elementary school in a small town in Missouri.

It may cut the after-school program for the middle schools in January. But we are hoping that the community will step up and help keep it going.

We're looking at diversity within our own community. I feel it exposes students from both schools to a variety of cultures.
