So an [auto finance firm] is able to reduce the back office from 50 people to eight or 10, and they're able to fund auto loans faster. You have a happy customer, reduced operations costs and you've got a clear process.

You take a request down - literally, you take a request to the Finance Office. If the Pay Officer recognized your face and you were asking for $450,000 to pay a contractor for work, they would pay you in cash: $450,000. Out of control.

It's a differentiating service to speed the answering of call and directing the calls as they come in.
