So many patrons the last thing they're thinking about is their personal safety. They're there to have a good time with their friends and so many times they don't think about the space that they're in.

This is a very stressful job, so if you're not getting as much time off between sessions, safety could be in jeopardy.

That threat has affected everyone's coverage. We talk about safety all the time. We do special training. Because of the danger of being caught up in sectarian violence or being kidnapped, we have to have these very rigid restrictions on how people work.

The No. 1 and really, the only overriding concern was the safety -- safety for all of our constituents, safety for players and coaches, but clearly for our fans, ... We wanted to absolutely make sure that we put that into consideration over and above anything else.
