So Mike Z likely still has a few tricks up his sleeve. We figure that 18-24 months is a reasonable time period for Nortel to make the changes we've described.

Sam's got a few tricks up his sleeve. He's a real competitor so it's good to have him there. Same with Mark Connors and Flats as well, they've been really good.

We're likely to see a sharp and meaningful correction that lasts a few months.

I think Mike is learning a lot still. That's to be expected. To me, the last 3-4 weeks, how the team has played in a tough stretch, they've shown a lot of professionalism in this last stretch here.

We're definitely going to do something. We don't know what yet, but we're going to figure it out and try to get as much bang for our buck, so to speak, as possible.

The way Mike performed, the way he conducted himself, and the way we run our organization, we both felt it was something that we wanted, ... We're still putting together a team and not just individuals. Mike's ability to play with the guys that we have on our roster, along with his age and his development ... are what it's about.
