Some may think fashion is frivolous, but the way I see it, when you dress well, you add beauty to the world. And there's nothing wrong with that, right?

For me, it's hard to keep up with trends. I just go for the roles and movies that I feel I could add value to, or contribute to, that I feel I could portray.

I think people are just haters. When they see people doing well, some people, if there's something wrong, they'll pick at that.

I feel fortunate that I'm able to play diverse roles. I don't think everybody in Hollywood gets the opportunity to do that.

There is nothing you can see that is not a Bashoflower; there is nothing you can think that is not the moon.

I do think musical-theater actors can get a bad rap, and I see why. There is a certain slickness - there's nothing better than an amazing musical, but an okay musical can be one of the worst times you've ever had.
