Some of that is true. We have some violence, maybe more than some other parts of the city. But I believe it is an area that is coming back.

It was a neighborhood of working-class people, many who owned their own businesses, ... Even if it didn't cut through their home, if it forced their business to close or move, they usually had to move.

It doesn't have all that now, but if you can bring hard-working people with the right values into the neighborhood, they will demand and help create good services and a safe environment. I think it will become a wonderful neighborhood for children again.
