Someone in the legislature has way too much time on their hands. If you throw out all the rules, at least for a while, you'll have chaos, and it's chaotic enough.

It was awful special because they're such a young and inexperienced group and they really performed.

I think the new rules raise the bars, but we're not sure how high. Their focus has been on making the final rules even less definite than the proposal they came out with last October. We only know what the rules mean when a case comes along and they go through it and analyze it.

Charlie Wilson has proven he's either habitually careless, or simply doesn't believe he has to play by the same rules that every other Ohioan has to -- that he's above the law. Either way, Charlie Wilson's actions are unacceptable for someone pursuing the public trust.

The notion is providing more entertainment than ever before. The new rules will allow for more offense and for the stars to shine.
