Someone who's never been exposed to it doesn't really understand that the family business is the moving force in the family.

These people are not [outsiders]. They are an integral part of the family and, by extension, the family business.

In most cases, family businesses are stronger because of the complementary skills of their members.

Families are about love, giving, and acceptance. Business is about accountability, performance, and proving yourself.

They have a philosophy to enjoy life. When they reach a certain age and a certain amount of money, they're happy to move over for the next generation.
