Sometimes guys need to cry. Some hockey players think they're too tough to cry.

I'm also not going to cut my nose off to spite my face, because I also know that-without sounding egotistical-there are some people who bring the 20,000 or so fans into the arena to watch. And as much as I'm older, I think I'm kind of an exciting player at times.

I'm patient with crossword puzzles and the most impatient golfer.

This is the team that took me when probably no one else was interested. Maybe there were other teams interested, but a team like this saw in me something that I didn't see in myself and got me to play a game I didn't know I could and at a level I never thought I could.

When I left, I got on the bus to go to Tokyo with Chris Chelios and Gary Suter and some of the guys, we were kind of sour because of what we heard had happened. I want to go and make it better and rebuild a great thing, which is USA hockey.

Keep it out of the middle of the field, take it up the sidelines as far as you can and then shoot it at the net and hope it goes in off someone.
