Sometimes the truth will hurt and a lie will set you free; just as a lie will hurt and the truth will set you free.

What you see will hurt you; what you don't see will hurt you.

However, if we don’t confront the seed of lies, it gives place for them to take root in us and we become bound to the “prison cell” that those lies create.
