Sometimes you get to a place in life where you feel you've made some choices, and maybe they weren't the right choices, and that it's all coming to an end.

I feel that a great coach is one that has a vision, sets a plan in place, has the right people in place to execute that plan and then accepts the responsibility if that plan is not carried out.

I'm sure there's a right way and there's a wrong way. The bottom line is you have to do what you think is right.

I feel very excited. I'm looking forward to what they have to say. The most important thing is, is it right? Is it right for them, and is it right for me?

I can sit here and think of a million reasons why it hasn't happened, ... I believe it's coming. No, it hasn't been fast enough. At the same time, I would hate to see a league with half African-American coaches ... if they're not good coaches.
