Spending time with God is the key to our strength and success in all areas of life. Be sure that you never try to work God into your schedule, but always work your schedule around Him.

Sadly, many people don't make it through the storms of life. Or they give up or they start doing and saying foolish things and abort the journey altogether.It is easy to begin, but God is looking for people who will finish.

The apostle Paul declared the stand that he would take in order to complete his journey:

, But none of these things move me; neither do I esteem my life dear to myself, if only I may finish my course with joy. Acts 20:24

These violent delights have violent ends

The Israelites' slavery in Egypt is the equivalent of our slavery to sin. God sent Moses to deliver them from bondage, and He sent Jesus Christ to set us free.

We can approach God's throne with boldness because we are confident in the power of what Jesus accomplished for us at the cross.

God never promised us a trouble-free life.
