Find even the tiniest bit of light in your day, everyday to stay strong. It doesn't matter how big or small, just find something that is positive about each day. Eventually that light will be brighter and for much longer.

Have the courage to live.

You don't realize how strong you are until you have to help someone else stand up.

I don't lift weights. I do fitness exercises to stay strong.
